The Game Is Over: Muslim Leadership’s Betrayal in Courts Must End

The veil has been lifted. The so-called Muslim leadership in India — especially those claiming to represent the community in legal matters — has long played a dirty game. Their loyalty lies not with the community, but with corrupt political patrons, hollow advocacy, and their own selfish ambitions. The truth must now be told, and the time has come to unite against these deceivers.

PIL by Syed Ejaz Abbas Naqvi Advocate
Whenever a crucial issue concerning the Muslim community reaches the doors of the Supreme Court, we find the same faces—corrupt leaders and fee-hungry advocates—failing us again and again. These lawyers, masquerading as saviours of the Muslim cause, either demand hefty fees to represent what should be a community mission, or they use the ignorance of the masses to build a name for themselves, only to secure positions in minority institutions or gain political mileage.

Muslim Advocates: Serving Themselves, Not the Ummah
It’s high time we question why the Muslim community is repeatedly let down in courts. Whether it was the Babri Masjid case or the current legal battle against the *Waqf Amendment Bill 2024*, the same script plays out — poor legal representation, lack of commitment, and, most dangerously, covert collaboration with the opposition.
M.R.Shamshad & Zafaryab Jilani
The names are known: Zafar yab Jilani, now exposed as one who weakened the Muslim side in the Babri Masjid case by not challenging key ASI evidence; so-called barristers and legal stars like Asaduddin Owaisi, who remain silent when action is most needed; and advocates like M.R. Shamshad, whose closeness to Owaisi has not translated into any real gains for the community.

Even Naqvi, though sincere, lacks command over English but is a Muslim first & Knows his enemies and the legal acumen necessary for long-term leadership in court. Yet he stands far more honest than the opportunists currently hijacking our voice in courtrooms.
A Call to Action: April 18-19, 2025
This is not just a matter of legal strategy. It is a crisis of representation. It is time to mobilise — to identify, mentor, and empower young Muslim lawyers who will work *without monetary expectations* and who will fear no one but Allah.
I invite every concerned citizen, activist, and advocate to join me in a **Facebook Live** session on **April 18-19, 2025**, where I will lay bare more facts, expose the rot within, and outline a roadmap for real legal empowerment.
Let this be the beginning of the end of corrupt Muslim leadership in courts. The Ummah deserves better. The Ummah demands change.
