Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Hindutva regime, Indian Muslims are being pushed to the margins—stripped of rights, demonised in public discourse, and ghettoised both economically and politically. And worse, this Islamophobic structure is now legitimised not just by the Right, but by the so-called Indian Left as well.

**India Mirrors Israel: From Gaza to Waqf Lands**

Just as Israel has systematically seized Palestinian lands in Gaza and the West Bank through both **military occupation** and **legal manipulation**, India too is carrying out an unprecedented and dangerous **campaign of encroaching Muslim Waqf lands**—a core religious endowment in Islam meant for community welfare.

* **Legally**: Through dubious amendments to the **Waqf Act**, state agencies are acquiring Waqf properties under the guise of “public interest,” “redevelopment,” or “infrastructure projects.”
* **Illegally**: Corporate takeovers, political land grabs, and underhanded state deals have looted hundreds of mosques, madrasas, graveyards, and orphanages.

The **Ambani Antilia case**, where a luxury skyscraper sits atop alleged Waqf land, is not an anomaly—it is a warning. Over **188 such cases** exist just in Maharashtra. The Indian state is following the Israeli model of land occupation and religious erasure.

**The Death of Islamic Shariat Protection in India**

When India became independent, Muslim leadership accepted the Indian Constitution on the condition that Islamic personal laws—**Shariat**, **Waqf**, **inheritance**, **marriage**, and **religious institutions**—would be protected under Article 26 and other constitutional safeguards. That promise has been shattered.

Today:

* **Shariat courts are irrelevant or suppressed.**
* **Waqf Boards are puppets in the hands of the ruling regime.**
* **Masjids are being converted into historical ruins or commercial complexes.**
* **Qur’ānic law is banned from Masjid pulpits.**

This is not secularism. It is **Zionist-style occupation** of religious life, culture, and property.

**The Role of State-Sponsored Muslim Puppets**

The tragedy is compounded by the fact that Hindutva does not act alone. It acts through its chosen Muslim faces:

* **Asaduddin Owaisi**, posing as the loud opposition, only strengthens the Hindutva narrative of token resistance while staying silent on real issues like Waqf, Shariat, and Zionist partnerships.
* **Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind**, **AIMPLB**, and other so-called Islamic organisations have become rubber stamps to legitimise state decisions.
* They have failed to fight for Muslim land, Islamic laws, or Quranic education, and instead **offer Islam diluted and domesticated** for consumption by the secular state.

They preach integration without dignity, and submission without justice.

The Iranian Resistance Model : A Beacon for the Oppressed

Amid this grim reality, the **Islamic Republic of Iran** emerges as a symbol of defiance. Despite global sanctions, assassinations, sabotage, and wars—**Iran has not bowed**. Its recent victories in countering Israeli and American threats have reignited a sense of pride and possibility in the Muslim world.

* Iran **protects Waqf and Islamic institutions** as national pride.
* Iran **resists Zionist expansion** in word, weapon, and will.
* Iran has built an axis of strength—from **Hezbollah to Iraq, from Yemen to Syria**—that challenges the global Islamophobic machine.

Imran Khan, though silenced in Pakistan’s jails, has **publicly called for standing with Iran**—a call that now echoes across South Asia.

**What Choice Remains for 30 Crore Indian Muslims?**

Indian Muslims number over **300 million**, yet remain treated as **second-grade citizens**. Without Islamic dignity, without Quranic education, without land, without leadership—they are being pushed toward irrelevance.

**The solution is not more petitions to the oppressor. The solution is identity, resistance, and unity.**

Unless Indian Muslims:

* Reclaim their space **as Islamic Muslims** with rights rooted in Qur’ān and history,
* Reject fake leaders planted by Hindutva to dilute Islam,
* Build ideological and political bridges with the **Ummah**, especially with Iran, Palestine, and Afghanistan,

…they will continue to be **converted into silent slaves under the Hindutva-Zionist regime**.

This is no longer about votes or reservations. This is about survival—with dignity.

**मुकेश अंबानी का ‘एंटीलिया’ वक्फ ज़मीन पर बना है**, यह अकेला मामला नहीं—केवल महाराष्ट्र में 188 से अधिक ऐसे मामले सामने आ चुके हैं।

یہ سب اسرائیلی ماڈل کے تحت اسلام کو خاموش کرنے کی سازش ہے۔

**ریاستی مسلم قیادت: ہندوتوا کے مہرے**

ہندوتوا کی حکومت **جعلی مسلم قیادت** کے ذریعے مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ دیتی ہے:

* **اسد الدین اویسی** جیسے لیڈر بظاہر اپوزیشن کا کردار ادا کرتے ہیں، مگر اندرون خانہ ہندوتوا بیانیے کو تقویت دیتے ہیں۔
