I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against YouTube India and a particular YouTube channel titled **“Fikr O Nazar”**, which has allegedly gained **over 1 lakh subscribers within one week**, under highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent circumstances. I suspect this is part of a broader, unethical ecosystem where certain YouTube-designated marketing agencies in India artificially inflate likes, views, and subscribers for select channels in exchange for hefty payments.
This fraudulent activity undermines the principles of organic growth, violates YouTube’s own community and monetization policies, and disadvantages content creators like myself who have been striving with integrity for years.
Background of My Channel:
I have been a YouTube content creator since **2009**, running my channel **Bismillah News Channel India**. Despite my long-standing engagement, I currently have only **1,915 subscribers** and have **yet to meet YouTube’s monetization threshold**, let alone receive a single revenue payout. My educational, socially responsible, and political commentary content is frequently suppressed, demonetized, or removed without transparent justification — often under the ambiguous pretext of “violating community guidelines.”
Many of my videos addressing sensitive but factual socio-political issues — particularly those exposing **Islamophobia**, **Zionist propaganda**, and **state-backed institutional bias** — have been struck down or shadow-banned. In contrast, other channels, including **Fikr O Nazar**, appear to receive algorithmic boosts, wider reach, and subscriber surges — despite a lack of substantive or organic public engagement.
Grave Concerns:
1. **Subscriber Fraud:**
Gaining over **1 lakh subscribers in 7 days** raises serious doubts. I request a thorough investigation into whether **bot networks** or **paid YouTube marketing services** were used to manipulate metrics artificially.
2. **Discriminatory Enforcement of Guidelines:**
Channels critical of state-backed narratives or exposing Zionist and Islamophobic agendas are **routinely struck**, denied visibility, or subjected to selective enforcement of vague “guidelines.”
3. **Suppression of Independent Journalism:**
My platform — **Bismillah News Channel India** — has faced consistent algorithmic suppression, and appears to have been **blocked or restricted** under influence from certain **state-protected Muslim organisations** who work in tandem with government agencies.
4. **Lack of Transparency and Redressal:**
Despite multiple attempts to appeal YouTube’s decisions, I have received **template responses** without any clarity or opportunity for fair review.
Questions for YouTube and the Government:
* What verification has YouTube carried out regarding the **unusual growth** of channels like *Fikr O Nazar*?
* Why are independent and dissenting voices like mine facing **shadow bans**, **strikes**, and **monetization denial**, while propagandist content thrives?
* Will the **Government of India and MeitY** investigate if **YouTube India** is indirectly enabling politically biased censorship and monetization discrimination?
Reliefs Sought:
1. A **comprehensive audit** of *Fikr O Nazar* and similar channels for artificial growth and monetization fraud.
2. A formal inquiry by the **Ministry of Electronics & IT** into **biased algorithmic behavior and discrimination** by YouTube India.
3. **Restoration and monetization eligibility** for my channel *Bismillah News Channel India*, and a detailed response on the basis of earlier content strikes.
4. Clear information under **YouTube’s Transparency Guidelines** on how Indian channels are reviewed for compliance and promoted or penalized.
This is not merely a grievance of one creator — it reflects the growing unease among independent Indian digital journalists and commentators whose rights to free speech are being curtailed by corporate and state collusion.

اس سے نہ صرف ایماندار تخلیق کاروں کے ساتھ زیادتی ہوتی ہے بلکہ یوٹیوب کے اصولوں کی بھی خلاف ورزی ہوتی ہے۔
میرے چینل کا پس منظر:
میرا چینل **Bismillah News Channel India** سن **2009** سے یوٹیوب پر موجود ہے۔ آج تک صرف **1,915 سبسکرائبرز** ہیں اور اب تک **ایک روپیہ بھی یوٹیوب سے حاصل نہیں ہوا**۔ میرے وہ ویڈیوز جو صہیونی ایجنڈا، اسلامو فوبیا یا حکومتی اداروں کی جانبداری کو بے نقاب کرتے ہیں، انہیں بغیر تفصیل کے ہٹا دیا جاتا ہے یا اسٹرائیک دے دی جاتی ہے۔
میری شکایات درج ذیل ہیں:
1. **جعلی سبسکرائبر سرگرمی:**
صرف 7 دن میں ایک لاکھ سبسکرائبرز ہونا انتہائی مشکوک ہے۔ کیا یوٹیوب نے اس کی تحقیق کی؟
2. **امتیازی پالیسی:**
جو چینلز حکومتی یا صہیونی بیانیے کے خلاف بولتے ہیں، انہیں شڈو بین، اسٹرائیک یا ڈی مونیٹائز کر دیا جاتا ہے۔
3. **آزاد صحافت کی سنسرشپ:**
میرا چینل **ریاستی پشت پناہی والے مسلم اداروں** کے دباؤ میں بلاک یا محدود کیا گیا ہے۔
4. **شفافیت کی کمی:**
اپیل کے باوجود صرف خودکار جواب موصول ہوتے ہیں، تفصیلی وضاحت نہیں دی جاتی۔
میری درخواستیں:
1. *Fikr O Nazar* جیسے چینلز کی **تفصیلی چھان بین** کی جائے۔
2. MeitY تحقیق کرے کہ کیا یوٹیوب **سیاسی بنیادوں پر چینلز کو دبانے** میں ملوث ہے؟
3. میرے چینل کو فوری **مونیٹائزیشن کے لیے اہل قرار دیا جائے**۔
4. یوٹیوب وضاحت کرے کہ چینلز کو **ترقی یا پابندی** کیسے دی جاتی ہے۔
