India – A Failed State: Rahul Gandhi’s ECI Exposé, Congress-BJP Nexus on Muslim Injustices

In just six months of political homework, Rahul Gandhi has managed to tear open the mask of the Election Commission of India (ECI), exposing its deep saffron embedding and its role in engineering the electoral field for fascist Hindutva forces. The revelations are clear, precise, and damning — the ECI stands compromised.
But this raises a far more uncomfortable question:
If Rahul Gandhi can invest six months to uncover the ECI’s saffronisation, why has he never applied the same urgency, data collection, and exposure to the Babri Masjid injustice, the thousands of anti-Muslim riots, mob lynchings, cow-slaughter vigilantism, and systematic grabbing of Waqf lands?
The Unasked Question – Congress’s Own Guilt
The truth is not buried too deep. For the last 11 years in opposition, the Congress party has shown no interest in exposing the structural injustices faced by Indian Muslims. And the reason is glaring: Congress is equally embedded in the same Hindutva system as BJP and RSS when it comes to suppressing Muslim rights. The difference is not of ideology, but of degree and presentation.
Rahul Gandhi’s selective activism mirrors a controlled opposition model — loud on issues that weaken BJP’s immediate election machinery, but silent on the state’s century-old project of disenfranchising, dispossessing, and demonising Muslims.
The AAP Factor – Work Stolen, Credit Claimed
After the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, it was the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) that revealed the shocking presence of multiple fake voters in a single constituency. But in classic political plagiarism, Rahul Gandhi repackaged the same findings as his own ‘investigation’.
This is not the first time upper-caste-led parties in India have appropriated someone else’s work while avoiding genuine grassroots accountability. Congress and BJP, despite being pitched as rivals, have one common principle: Never expose the judiciary or the deep state’s complicity in Muslim persecution.
Judiciary – The Untouchable Fortress
The Babri Masjid demolition and verdict, the acquittals in riot cases, the normalisation of lynchings, and the greenlighting of Waqf property grabs — all carry the stamp of judicial validation.
Yet, no major opposition leader dares to name the courts in their speeches. Why? Because the Indian judiciary is a shared shield for both Congress and BJP, protecting their historical anti-Muslim consensus.
The Four Pillars of India’s Failed Statehood
India today is the perfect case study of a state that pretends to be a democracy while running on authoritarian software:
1. Communalism – Institutional Islamophobia embedded in law, policing, and media.
2. Casteism – A rigid social hierarchy that upper-caste politics sustains, in BJP and Congress alike.
3. Corruption – Systemic graft not as an aberration but as the operating principle.
4. Zero Democracy – Electoral rituals exist, but democratic accountability is extinct.
The Propagandist’s Lie – “I Witness”
A state propagandist, claiming to have been “born in 1950” and to have “witnessed all governments” in his book I Witness, glorifies India’s democracy across eras. His narrative is ahistorical, omitting state-backed atrocities, and cheerfully echoing anti-Muslim propaganda.
He celebrates state actors like the Bhatts of Kashmir the Abdullahs, while legitimising puppets like Owaisi the regional gatekeepers the Deshpande’s of Ausa — political instruments designed to fragment Muslim resistance.
Conclusion – The Pretend Fight, the Real Silence
The ECI exposé proves Rahul Gandhi can challenge institutions — when it suits his party’s election strategy. But his silence on Muslim injustices is louder than his speeches on electoral fraud.
If Congress, BJP, and the judiciary remain united in their Islamophobic consensus, the pretence of democracy collapses.
India, in this structure, is not a democracy in crisis. It is a failed state by design — built on communalism, casteism, corruption, and controlled political theatre.

अनकहा सच – कांग्रेस की अपनी साझेदारी
पिछले 11 वर्षों से विपक्ष में रहने के बावजूद कांग्रेस पार्टी ने भारतीय मुसलमानों के साथ हो रहे संरचनात्मक अन्याय को उजागर करने की कोई गंभीर कोशिश नहीं की। कारण साफ़ है: मुस्लिम अधिकारों को दबाने में कांग्रेस भी बीजेपी और आरएसएस की तरह ही गहरे तक जुड़ी हुई है।
आप फैक्टर – मेहनत किसी की, श्रेय किसी और को
2025 दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनावों के बाद आप पार्टी (AAP) ने एक ही निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में कई नकली वोटरों की चौंकाने वाली मौजूदगी का खुलासा किया। लेकिन राहुल गांधी ने उसी खोज को अपने “जांच” के रूप में पेश किया।
न्यायपालिका – अछूत किला
बाबरी मस्जिद ढहाने और फ़ैसले से लेकर दंगों में बरी करने तक, लिंचिंग को सामान्य बनाने और वक़्फ़ संपत्ति हड़पने तक — सब पर न्यायपालिका की मुहर लगी हुई है।
लेकिन कोई बड़ा विपक्षी नेता अपने भाषण में अदालतों का नाम नहीं लेता।
असफल राज्य के चार स्तंभ
1. साम्प्रदायिकता
2. जातिवाद
3. भ्रष्टाचार
4. शून्य लोकतंत्र
“आई विटनेस” का झूठ
एक राज्य-प्रचारक, जो कहता है कि वह 1950 में पैदा हुआ और उसने सभी सरकारें देखीं, अपनी किताब I Witness में भारत के लोकतंत्र की तारीफ़ करता है। वह कश्मीर के भट्ट, अब्दुल्ला, औवेसी और औसा के देशपांडे जैसे चेहरों का महिमामंडन करता है — जो मुस्लिम प्रतिरोध को तोड़ने के औज़ार हैं।
निष्कर्ष
ECI खुलासा साबित करता है कि राहुल गांधी संस्थाओं को चुनौती दे सकते हैं — जब यह उनकी पार्टी की रणनीति के अनुकूल हो। लेकिन मुस्लिम अन्याय पर उनकी चुप्पी उनके चुनावी धोखाधड़ी वाले भाषणों से भी ज़्यादा गूंजती है।
भारत एक डिज़ाइन के तहत बना असफल राज्य है — जो साम्प्रदायिकता, जातिवाद, भ्रष्टाचार और नियंत्रित राजनीतिक नाटक पर खड़ा है।

صرف چھ ماہ کی سیاسی محنت میں راہل گاندھی نے بھارت کے الیکشن کمیشن (ECI) کا نقاب اتار دیا، اس کے گہرے بھگوا اثر اور فاشسٹ ہندوتوا قوتوں کو انتخابی میدان میں اتارنے کے کردار کو بے نقاب کر دیا۔ انکشافات واضح، درست اور مہلک ہیں — ECI سمجھوتہ کر چکا ہے۔
لیکن سوال زیادہ سنگین ہے:اگر راہل گاندھی چھ ماہ میں ECI کے بھگواکرن کو بے نقاب کر سکتے ہیں، تو انہوں نے یہی سنجیدگی بابری مسجد کے انصاف، ہزاروں فسادات، موب لنچنگ، گائے کے ذبیحہ کے نام پر تشدد اور وقف جائیدادوں پر قبضے جیسے معاملات میں کیوں نہیں دکھائی؟
ان کہا سچ – کانگریس کی اپنی شراکت داری
گزشتہ 11 برسوں سے اپوزیشن میں ہونے کے باوجود کانگریس نے بھارتی مسلمانوں کے ساتھ ہونے والی ساختی ناانصافی کو بے نقاب کرنے کی کوئی سنجیدہ کوشش نہیں کی۔ وجہ صاف ہے: مسلم حقوق کو دبانے میں کانگریس بھی بی جے پی اور آر ایس ایس کی طرح ہی گہرائی سے جڑی ہوئی ہے۔
آپ فیکٹر – محنت کسی کی، کریڈٹ کسی کا
2025 دہلی اسمبلی انتخابات کے بعد عام آدمی پارٹی (AAP) نے ایک ہی حلقے میں کئی جعلی ووٹروں کی چونکا دینے والی موجودگی کا انکشاف کیا۔ لیکن راہل گاندھی نے اسی کھوج کو اپنی “تحقیقات” کے طور پر پیش کیا۔
عدلیہ – ناقابلِ لمس قلعہ
بابری مسجد کے انہدام اور فیصلے سے لے کر فسادات میں بریت تک، لنچنگ کو معمول بنانے اور وقف جائیدادوں پر قبضے تک — سب پر عدلیہ کی مہر لگی ہوئی ہے۔
لیکن کوئی بڑا اپوزیشن لیڈر اپنی تقریر میں عدالتوں کا نام نہیں لیتا۔
ناکام ریاست کے چار ستون
1. فرقہ پرستی
2. ذات پات
3. بدعنوانی
4. صفر جمہوریت
“آئی وٹنس” کا جھوٹ
ایک ریاستی پروپیگنڈا نگار، جو کہتا ہے کہ وہ 1950 میں پیدا ہوا اور اس نے تمام حکومتیں دیکھی ہیں، اپنی کتاب I Witness میں بھارت کی جمہوریت کی تعریف کرتا ہے۔ وہ کشمیر کے بھٹ، عبداللہ، اوویسی اور اوسہ کے دیشپانڈے جیسے چہروں کی تعریف کرتا ہے — جو مسلم مزاحمت کو توڑنے کے اوزار ہیں۔
نتیجہ
ECI انکشاف ثابت کرتا ہے کہ راہل گاندھی اداروں کو چیلنج دے سکتے ہیں — جب یہ ان کی پارٹی کی حکمتِ عملی کے مطابق ہو۔ لیکن مسلم ناانصافی پر ان کی خاموشی ان کی انتخابی دھوکہ دہی والی تقاریر سے بھی زیادہ گونجتی ہے۔
ہندوستان ایک منصوبے کے تحت بنی ناکام ریاست ہے — جو فرقہ پرستی، ذات پات، بدعنوانی اور کنٹرول شدہ سیاسی تھیٹر پر کھڑی ہے۔
