As speculations mount, one name is quietly but firmly circulating behind closed doors: *Retired Chief Justice of India, D.Y. Chandrachud*. Could this be the rare name agreed upon by both Narendra Modi’s BJP and the Congress high command?

Is Chandrachud the Next Vice President of India?

Justice Chandrachud, hailed in mainstream liberal and Sanghi circles alike as a “progressive Brahmin face,” retired recently with a mixed legacy — projecting liberalism, but often accommodating majoritarian expectations in judgments of historic consequence. Yet there is a strange and telling silence from the Congress benches.

The Modi-Congress Deep Pact: Not Rivals, But Partners in Crime?

Many political analysts, including those once close to both UPA and NDA insiders, now acknowledge a dangerous new reality: Indian politics is becoming a two-headed Brahminical monopoly. While BJP plays the aggressive majoritarian front, Congress plays the secular mask. But both share an interest in silencing Muslim voices, erasing caste-based dissent, and protecting the myth of India’s military and cultural supremacy — especially when Pakistan refuses to play the weak neighbor.

It will symbolize the closing of ranks among India’s elite castes across political lines — a tacit power-sharing formula designed to sideline meaningful questions, particularly those about justice, military accountability, and the rights of India’s minorities.

It is the latest evidence of a covert pact between Modi and Congress to protect the status quo. ہندوستان کے نائب صدر کے اچانک استعفے نے دہلی کے اقتدار کے ایوانوں میں سرگوشیوں کا طوفان برپا کر دیا ہے۔ وجہ بتائی گئی—”ذاتی معاملات”۔ لیکن ہندوستان کی سیاست میں ایسی سادگی نایاب ہے۔ اس وقت جس شخصیت کا نام خاموشی سے گونج رہا ہے وہ ہیں—**ریٹائرڈ چیف جسٹس ڈی وائی چندرچوڈ**۔ کیا وہی ہیں جن پر **مودی اور کانگریس** کی خفیہ رضامندی بن چکی ہے؟

کیا چندرچوڈ اگلے نائب صدر ہوں گے؟

یہ حقیقت اب چھپ نہیں سکتی کہ ہندوستان کی سیاست اب دو سر والے برہمنی نظام میں بدل چکی ہے۔ بی جے پی کھلم کھلا اکثریت پرستی کا کھیل کھیلتی ہے، جبکہ کانگریس سیکولر چہرے کا نقاب پہن کر خاموشی سے ساتھ دیتی ہے۔ مقصد ایک ہی ہے—مسلمانوں، دلتوں اور پسماندہ طبقات کی آوازوں کو دبانا، اور ہندوستان کے جنگی و ثقافتی غرور کو جھوٹ کے سہارے قائم رکھنا۔

نتیجہ: سچ بولو یا ہمیشہ کے لیے چپ رہو

نائب صدر کا استعفیٰ اور چندرچوڈ کا ممکنہ تقرر صرف آئینی عمل نہیں ہے۔ یہ اس خفیہ گٹھ جوڑ کی نشانی ہے جہاں اپوزیشن اور حکومت مل کر سچ کو دفن کر رہے ہیں۔ آپریشن سندور ہو، یا مسلمانوں کا حق—ہر سوال کو دبانے کی تیاری مکمل ہے۔
