On June 29, 2025, the Gandhi Maidan in Patna witnessed a large-scale mobilisation of Muslims under the banner of Imarat-e-Sharia and its sub-front Rahmani 30 (popularly called Rahmani 13), allegedly protesting against the recent amendments to the WAKF Act. While on the surface this may appear as a genuine religious outcry, credible sources and internal leaks suggest a sinister nexus—one that leads to Zionist lobbies, American and French interests, and India’s notorious “use and throw” political players with a history of exploiting Muslim sentiments.
The Fake Imarat, the Fake Ameer
After the death of Maulana Wali Rahmani, a known scholar and influential figure, the institution of Imarat-e-Sharia has allegedly been hijacked by his U.S. citizen son, Faisal Wali Rahmani. With little spiritual legitimacy and even less grassroots trust, Faisal has taken full control of this once-respected religious institution and turned it into a political tool—used not for Islamic reform or welfare, but to act as an outsourced voting bank for Bihar’s political mafias.
The so-called “Ameer-e-Shariat” today is no more than a rubber-stamp identity being used to claim monopoly over Islam, Shariat, and the emotions of Bihar’s poor Muslims—many of whom are unaware that their beliefs are being monetised to the tune of **₹50 crores**, allegedly collected from domestic and international sources for this recent mobilisation.
Zionist Puppeteering Through Political Fronts
Reports from credible sources confirm the direct involvement of *Prashant Kishore*, political strategist-turned-kingmaker, in orchestrating this mobilisation. His role in manipulating Muslim masses using their own religious sentiments is now being linked to heavy funding from international players with Zionist sympathies, especially from France and the U.S. The Imarat’s association with foreign embassies and NGOs in Europe is no longer a secret.
The French connection to Rahmani 13’s educational front is often flaunted as a badge of honour, but in reality, it is a clever backdoor to influence Islamic opinion in Bihar, slowly reshaping it to suit western Zionist interests under the garb of “modern Islamic education.”

Now, these same characters are appearing in Bihar under the garb of saviours of Shariat, all to protect their past sins by hijacking the current WAKF protests.

The strategy is simple: claim to be the protector of Shariat, gather innocent Muslims, and in return for rallying behind RJD-Congress candidates, demand **“reservation in power”** for Imarat-e-Sharia.
