**Israeli Attack on Iran: Is This an Open Licence to Kill? Why Is There No Law for Israel?**

**Introduction: A World Stunned, Yet Silent**
In the dark hours of a recent morning, Israeli warplanes pierced Iranian airspace, launching yet another covert and controversial military operation — an act condemned by many as a violation of international law, sovereignty, and basic human morality. And yet, once again, the world remains largely silent. No immediate UN sanctions, no international tribunal, no condemnation by Western powers. It begs a chilling question: **Has Israel been handed an open licence to kill?**
**Where Is the Law for Israel?**
The global order, framed by institutions like the United Nations, the International Criminal Court (ICC), and the Geneva Conventions, supposedly functions to uphold international law and protect human rights. But when it comes to Israel, these laws seem to vanish in thin air.
Israel has:
* **Violated over 30 UN Security Council resolutions**.
* **Repeatedly occupied foreign territories**, including Palestine and now targets inside Syria, Lebanon, and Iran.
* **Flouted nuclear non-proliferation norms** while threatening other nations over similar pursuits.
* **Used collective punishment** against entire populations — notably in Gaza — amounting to war crimes.
Yet, no Western power has held it accountable. Instead, billions of dollars in military aid continue to flow from Washington and its allies, effectively underwriting these illegal attacks.
**Iran as a Target: Strategic Threat or Manufactured Enemy?**
Iran, with its vast oil reserves and independent political posture, has long been on the hit list of Western-backed Israeli aggression. Israel’s justification hinges on Iran’s nuclear program, which Tehran insists is peaceful — a claim never conclusively disproved, unlike Israel’s own undeclared but widely known nuclear arsenal.
The Israeli attack is not merely a defensive strategy; it is part of a broader campaign to suppress any regional power that dares challenge its military or ideological supremacy. This includes assassinations of Iranian scientists, cyberattacks on infrastructure, and airstrikes — all outside any legal framework.
**The Hypocrisy of ‘Might Is Right’**
The Israeli attack exposes a dangerous global trend — **the triumph of brute power over law and ethics.** Israel, shielded by U.S. veto power at the UN and emboldened by a complicit international media, has created a reality where **‘might is right’**, and no consequences follow for rogue behavior.
If Iran, or any Muslim-majority nation, had launched a similar strike on Israeli soil, the world would have erupted in outrage. Sanctions would have rained down. Headlines would scream “Terrorism” and “Violation of Global Peace”. But when Israel strikes, it is called *self-defense*.
**The Human Cost of Selective Justice**
This double standard doesn’t just embolden Israel — it sets a precedent for global injustice. It tells smaller nations and oppressed peoples that the international legal order is a charade, manipulated by the powerful.
It also alienates billions of people across the Muslim world and the Global South, who see in this inaction a racialized, colonial approach to global politics: **one law for the West and its allies, and another for the rest of the world**.
**When Will the World Wake Up?
The question is not whether Israel has the right to defend itself — every nation does. But **who holds Israel accountable when it becomes the aggressor?** When it plays judge, jury, and executioner beyond its borders, silencing critics with bombs and bulldozers?
The longer the world remains indifferent, the more dangerous the precedent becomes — not just for the Middle East, but for the idea of justice, law, and human rights worldwide.
**Imagining a World Free of Israeli Militarism**
Imagine a world where Israel is finally held to the same standards as other nations. A world where:
* International law applies universally.
* Nations cannot act with impunity because of their alliances.
* Palestinians, Syrians, Lebanese, Iranians, and others can live without the constant threat of air raids or drone strikes.
* Global governance is based on **morality**, not **military superiority**.
This is not anti-Semitism. This is **a plea for global humanity** — a demand that **no state, however powerful, be above the law**.
**Conclusion: The World Must Choose**
In this moment, the world faces a stark choice:
* Either it continues to allow **one rogue state to rewrite the rules**, destabilize regions, and endanger peace, or
* It **reasserts the authority of international law**, protects human life, and promotes a truly just world order.
The time to choose is now. The longer we wait, the darker the consequences for global peace and human dignity.

**इज़राइल के लिए कानून क्यों नहीं?**
संयुक्त राष्ट्र, अंतरराष्ट्रीय आपराधिक न्यायालय और जिनेवा संधियों के होते हुए भी इज़राइल हर कानून से ऊपर क्यों नजर आता है?
* इज़राइल ने 30 से अधिक यूएन सुरक्षा परिषद प्रस्तावों का उल्लंघन किया है।
* उसने फ़िलिस्तीन सहित सीरिया, लेबनान और अब ईरान में भी आक्रमण किया है।
* परमाणु नियमों की अवहेलना करते हुए, खुद के हथियार छुपा कर दूसरों पर आरोप लगाता है।
* ग़ज़ा जैसे क्षेत्रों में सामूहिक सज़ा देना — क्या यह युद्ध अपराध नहीं?
लेकिन इन सबके बावजूद, अमेरिका और पश्चिमी देशों से इज़राइल को हर साल अरबों डॉलर की सैन्य सहायता मिलती रहती है।
**ईरान: असली खतरा या बहाना?**
ईरान, जो तेल संपन्न और स्वतंत्र सोच वाला देश है, लंबे समय से इज़राइली लक्ष्यों में है। उस पर आरोप है कि वह परमाणु हथियार बना रहा है — जबकि इज़राइल खुद एक घोषित परमाणु ताक़त है।
ईरान के वैज्ञानिकों की हत्या, साइबर हमले, और अब सीधा हवाई हमला — यह कोई रक्षात्मक रणनीति नहीं, बल्कि सत्ता प्रदर्शन और प्रभुत्व की नीति है।
**”बल ही न्याय है” — एक खतरनाक सिद्धांत**
इज़राइल की यह नीति दुनिया को संदेश देती है कि **“जिसके पास ताकत है, वही सही है”**। अंतरराष्ट्रीय न्याय, मानवाधिकार, संप्रभुता — सब बेकार हैं अगर आप अमेरिका के दोस्त हैं।
अगर ईरान ने ऐसा हमला किया होता, तो उसे “आतंकवाद” करार दिया जाता। लेकिन इज़राइल के हमलों को “आत्म-रक्षा” कहा जाता है।
**दोहरी नीति का मानवता पर असर**
यह पाखंड सिर्फ इज़राइल को नहीं, बल्कि दुनिया को भी खतरनाक दिशा में ले जा रहा है। अरब, अफ्रीका और एशिया के अरबों लोग देख रहे हैं कि इस “नियम आधारित विश्व व्यवस्था” में उनके लिए कोई न्याय नहीं है।
**दुनिया कब जागेगी?**
हर देश को आत्मरक्षा का अधिकार है, लेकिन **जब इज़राइल ही हमलावर बन जाए**, तो कौन जवाबदेही तय करेगा?
इज़राइल को जब तक रोका नहीं जाएगा, यह नीति पूरी दुनिया में अराजकता फैलाएगी।
**एक बेहतर दुनिया की कल्पना**
क्या हम एक ऐसी दुनिया की कल्पना नहीं कर सकते जहां:
* अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानून सब पर बराबर लागू हो?
* किसी देश को उसके सहयोगियों के नाम पर बख्शा न जाए?
* ग़ज़ा, तेहरान, दमिश्क, और कर्बला पर बमबारी न हो?
* मानवता की आवाज़ गोलियों से न दबे?
**निष्कर्ष: समय आ गया है निर्णय लेने का**
अब दुनिया के पास दो ही विकल्प हैं:
1. या तो वह इज़राइल जैसे देशों को हर नियम से ऊपर रखे और एकतरफा युद्धों को प्रोत्साहित करती रहे,
2. या फिर अंतरराष्ट्रीय न्याय और मानवाधिकार की स्थापना करे।
**चुप्पी अब गुनाह बन चुकी है।**

**اسرائیلی حملہ بر ایران – کیا یہ کھلی اجازت نامہ ہے قتل کا؟ اسرائیل کے لیے کوئی قانون کیوں نہیں؟ دنیا کب بیدار ہوگی؟**

**تعارف: ایک اور حملہ، اور دنیا پھر خاموش**
حال ہی میں اسرائیلی طیاروں نے ایران کی فضائی حدود میں داخل ہو کر حملہ کیا۔ یہ بین الاقوامی قانون اور خودمختاری کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ مگر دنیا ایک بار پھر خاموش ہے۔ نہ کوئی اقوام متحدہ کی ہنگامی میٹنگ، نہ کوئی پابندیاں، نہ ہی انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں کی مذمت۔
سوال پیدا ہوتا ہے: **کیا اسرائیل کو واقعی قتل کا کھلا لائسنس دے دیا گیا ہے؟**
**اسرائیل کے لیے قانون کیوں نہیں؟**
اقوامِ متحدہ، بین الاقوامی عدالتیں، اور جنیوا کنونشن — یہ سب کیا صرف کاغذی ادارے ہیں؟ کیونکہ:
* اسرائیل نے 30 سے زائد اقوامِ متحدہ کی قراردادوں کو پامال کیا۔
* فلسطین، شام، لبنان اور اب ایران میں حملے۔
* ایٹمی ہتھیاروں پر دوہرا معیار: خود چھپاتا ہے، دوسروں پر الزام لگاتا ہے۔
* غزہ پر اجتماعی سزائیں، جو جنگی جرائم کے زمرے میں آتی ہیں۔
لیکن ان سب جرائم کے باوجود امریکہ اور یورپ سے اربوں ڈالر کی فوجی امداد جاری ہے۔
**ایران دشمن یا خود مختار خطرہ؟**
ایران، ایک خودمختار اور تیل سے مالامال ملک، اسرائیل کی آنکھ میں کیوں کھٹکتا ہے؟ اسرائیل اسے ایٹمی خطرہ قرار دیتا ہے، مگر اس کا اپنا جوہری پروگرام خفیہ ہے اور کسی قانون کے دائرے میں نہیں۔
اسرائیل نے ایرانی سائنسدانوں کو قتل کیا، سائبر حملے کیے، اب کھلا فضائی حملہ — یہ سب کیا دفاعی حکمت عملی ہے؟ یا کھلی جارحیت؟
**طاقت کا قانون: Might is Right**
اسرائیل کے یہ حملے دنیا کو یہ پیغام دے رہے ہیں: **جس کے پاس طاقت ہے، وہی انصاف ہے۔** قانون، اخلاق، انسانیت — سب بے معنی ہو چکے ہیں۔
اگر یہی حملہ ایران کی طرف سے ہوتا، تو اسے “دہشتگردی” قرار دے کر عالمی پابندیاں لگ جاتیں۔
**دوہرا معیار: امتِ مسلمہ کے لیے پیغام**
یہ دوہرا معیار صرف اسرائیل کو طاقتور نہیں بنا رہا، بلکہ امتِ مسلمہ اور ترقی پذیر اقوام کے دل میں عدل و انصاف سے بدگمانی پیدا کر رہا ہے۔
**دنیا کب جاگے گی؟**
دنیا کب تسلیم کرے گی کہ اسرائیل نہ صرف مظلوم نہیں بلکہ اب خود ایک حملہ آور قوت بن چکا ہے؟ اور جب قانون خاموش ہو جائے تو ظلم کو کھلی چھوٹ مل جاتی ہے۔
**ایسی دنیا کا تصور کریں جہاں اسرائیل قانون کے تابع ہو**
تصور کریں:
* جہاں عالمی قانون ہر قوم پر برابر لاگو ہو۔
* جہاں غزہ، دمشق، تہران، کربلا پر بم نہ گریں۔
* جہاں انسانی جان کو فوقیت دی جائے نہ کہ فوجی طاقت کو۔
یہ مطالبہ اسرائیل دشمنی نہیں — **یہ انسانیت کی بات ہے**۔
**اختتامیہ: دنیا کو فیصلہ کرنا ہوگا**
یا تو دنیا خاموشی سے اسرائیلی جارحیت کو سہتی رہے گی، یا پھر انصاف، انسانیت، اور بین الاقوامی قانون کی بالادستی کو بحال کرے گی۔
**خاموشی اب جرم بن چکی ہے۔**
