In an outrageous display of collaboration with Hindutva forces, a so-called “Imam” affiliated with a questionable, government-patronized Islamic organization has publicly urged Indian Muslims to “respect Hindu sentiments” by refraining from sacrificing animals that are *prohibited* by the Indian Government during Eid al-Adha. This dangerous appeal, aired on ABP News, is nothing short of a betrayal of both Islamic commandments and the religious freedoms guaranteed by the Indian Constitution.
This individual, falsely clothed in Islamic authority, is attempting to sanitize Qurbani under the guise of communal harmony, while in reality parroting the RSS-BJP-Israeli agenda to dilute, distort, and eventually outlaw Islamic practices in India. The sinister undercurrent is clear: gradually push Muslims away from Qurbani under the pretext of “sentiment,” “environment,” “law,” and finally impose a blanket ban. This is not an Imam—it is a traitor wearing a turban of deceit.
**The Fundamental Role of Qurbani in Islam**
Qurbani (ritual animal sacrifice) is not a peripheral act. It is a **central symbol of submission to Allah**, directly linked to the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.), as commanded in the Qur’an:
> **“So pray to your Lord and sacrifice \[to Him alone].”**

> **“And the camels and cattle We have appointed for you as among the symbols of Allah; for you therein is good. So mention the name of Allah upon them when lined up (for sacrifice)…”**

The very act of sacrificing an animal during Eid al-Adha is a *manifestation of Islamic faith*. Denying it or modifying it to appease those who hate Islam is **disobedience to Allah**.
**Qur’anic Injunctions on Halal and Government Prohibitions**
When this self-proclaimed Imam says, “Don’t sacrifice animals prohibited by the government,” he effectively places the Indian government *above* the Qur’an in deciding what is halal and what is haram. But Allah has said clearly:
> **“Say, ‘Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants and the good \[lawful] things of provision?’”**
> *(Surah Al-A’raf, 7:32)*
> **“And do not say concerning that which your tongues put forth falsely: ‘This is lawful and this is forbidden,’ so as to invent lies against Allah. Verily, those who invent lies against Allah will never prosper.”**

These verses explicitly prohibit anyone—be it clerics, state authorities, or cultural gatekeepers—from declaring halal things as haram, or vice versa. When Islam allows the sacrifice of cows, buffaloes, goats, camels, and sheep, no political or pseudo-religious authority has the right to interfere.
**Violation of Religious Freedom Under Indian Constitution**
The Constitution of India guarantees the right to **freely profess, practice, and propagate** religion under Article 25. The Supreme Court in multiple judgments has protected essential religious practices under this right.
Qurbani, being an act directly mandated by the Qur’an and practiced by the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), qualifies as an “essential religious practice.” Any curtailment—whether through administrative restrictions or “religious endorsements” of such bans—amounts to **unconstitutional interference** in Islamic practice.
This so-called Imam’s statement, instead of defending Muslims’ rights, gives legitimacy to anti-Islamic sentiments and emboldens forces working toward the complete criminalization of Islamic sacrifice rituals.
**Beware the RSS-Imam Nexus**
This is not an isolated voice. A pattern is emerging across India where **government-approved Maulanas** are deployed to publicly dilute Islamic doctrines. From *triple talaq*, to *madarsa surveillance*, to *Waqf land sellouts*, and now to **the soft-banning of Qurbani**, they are **complicit in the spiritual and cultural disarming** of Muslims.
The strategy is simple: infiltrate with familiar faces and familiar words, but serve the interests of unfamiliar ideologies—**RSS, BJP, and Zionist India-Israel agenda**.
These traitors in religious robes are not Imams but **Munafiqoon (hypocrites)**, and the Qur’an addresses them directly:
> **“Give tidings to the hypocrites that there is for them a painful punishment—those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers.”**

**Call to the Muslim Ummah of India**
To the 30 crore Muslims of India: **do not let these traitors define your Islam**. Qurbani is not just tradition—it is **commandment**. Do not dilute it. Do not hide it. **Perform it with dignity, legality, and complete submission to Allah.**
Challenge every false fatwa and pseudo-Islamic edict designed to align with the Hindutva ecosystem. These people are not protectors of peace; they are **enablers of persecution**.

The attempt to curtail Qurbani using state machinery and embedded religious stooges is a **war on Islamic identity**. If we tolerate it today, tomorrow will bring bans on azaan, fasting, and even Muslim names. It begins subtly—with ‘sentiments’—and ends in silencing.
Let this Eid be a message: **We will obey Allah, not the RSS Constitution. We will practice Islam, not Hindutva-modified secularism. We will do Qurbani—with truth, law, and Qur’an in hand.*

❗ कुर्बानी इस्लाम में अनिवार्य क्यों है ?
कुरबानी, इस्लाम का एक प्रतीकात्मक लेकिन अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण अमल है। यह नबी इब्राहीम अ.स. की वह परंपरा है जिसमें उन्होंने अल्लाह की राह में अपने बेटे की कुर्बानी देने को तैयार होकर इस्लाम के समर्पण की मिसाल कायम की। कुरान कहता है:
> **“तो अपने रब के लिए नमाज़ पढ़ो और कुर्बानी करो।”**
> *(सूरह अल-कौसर, 108:2)*
तो फिर एक फर्जी इमाम सरकार के आदेश पर कुरबानी पर पाबंदी लगाने की बात कैसे कर सकता है?

> **“कहो, अल्लाह की वह सजावट और अच्छी रोज़ी को किसने हराम कर दिया है जो उसने अपने बंदों के लिए पैदा की है?”**

> **“और अपनी ज़बानों से झूठ बोलते हुए मत कहो कि यह हलाल है और यह हराम है ताकि अल्लाह पर झूठ बाँधो। जो लोग अल्लाह पर झूठ बाँधते हैं, वे कभी सफल नहीं होते।”**

🏛️ भारत का संविधान और कुरबानी का अधिकार
संविधान के अनुच्छेद 25 के तहत, हर नागरिक को अपने धर्म का पालन और प्रचार करने का अधिकार है। जब कुरबानी इस्लाम का एक अनिवार्य हिस्सा है, तो उस पर किसी तरह की रोक संविधान का उल्लंघन है।
🕵️ नकली इमाम या संघ का एजेंट?
सरकार के पोषित मौलाना बार-बार मुस्लिम समुदाय के खिलाफ ही एजेंडा चलाते पाए जाते हैं—चाहे वह तीन तलाक हो, वक्फ संपत्ति का निजीकरण हो, या अब कुरबानी का विरोध। इनकी भूमिका साफ है:
**मुसलमानों को उनके असली दीन से अलग करना और हिंदुत्व के सेकुलर ढांचे में ढालना।**
> **“मुनाफिकों को दुखदायी अज़ाब की बशारत दो—जो काफ़िरों को अपना संरक्षक बनाते हैं और ईमान वालों को छोड़ते हैं।”**

🕋 मुसलमानों से अपील
भारत के 30 करोड़ मुसलमानों से यही अपील है: **इन नकली इमामों को मत मानो। कुरबानी को शान से करो। अल्लाह के हुक्म को किसी इंसानी कानून या “भावना” के नीचे मत रखो।**

कुरबानी को ‘जीव हत्या’ बताकर उस पर रोक लगाने का हिंदुत्व एजेंडा अब नकली इमामों के जरिए लागू किया जा रहा है। लेकिन याद रखो:

> “مسلمانوں کو ہندوؤں کے جذبات کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے حکومت ہند کے ذریعے ممنوع قرار دیے گئے جانوروں کی قربانی نہیں کرنی چاہیے۔”
یہ بیان نہ صرف قرآن کے احکامات کے خلاف ہے بلکہ ہندوستانی آئین میں دیے گئے مذہبی آزادی کے بنیادی حق کی صریح خلاف ورزی ہے۔
❗ قربانی دین کا بنیادی حصہ کیوں ہے؟
قربانی صرف ایک رسم نہیں، بلکہ اللہ کے حضور مکمل اطاعت کا عملی مظہر ہے۔ قرآن مجید کہتا ہے:
> **“تو اپنے رب کے لیے نماز پڑھو اور قربانی دو”**
> *(سورۃ الکوثر، 108:2)*
❌ کیا حکومت اللہ سے بڑھ کر فیصلہ کرے گی؟
جو جانور قرآن نے حلال کیے ہیں، ان کو حکومت یا کوئی نام نہاد امام کیسے حرام قرار دے سکتا ہے؟ قرآن کہتا ہے:
> **“کہو! کون ہے جس نے اللہ کی زینت کو جو اس نے اپنے بندوں کے لیے نکالی ہے اور پاکیزہ چیزوں کو حرام کیا ہے؟”**
> *(سورۃ الاعراف، 7:32)*
> **“اور اپنی زبانوں سے جھوٹ بول کر یہ نہ کہو کہ یہ حلال ہے اور یہ حرام، تاکہ اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھو۔ جو اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھتے ہیں وہ کبھی کامیاب نہ ہوں گے۔”**

🏛️ دستور ہند کے مطابق قربانی کا حق
دستورِ ہند کا آرٹیکل 25 ہر شہری کو اپنے مذہب پر عمل اور اس کی تبلیغ کا حق دیتا ہے۔ قربانی، اسلام کا ایک “ضروری مذہبی عمل” ہے، جس پر پابندی دستور کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔
🕵️ RSS کے ایجنڈے پر کام کرنے والا امام
یہ نام نہاد امام کوئی دینی رہنما نہیں بلکہ حکومت کا زر خرید مہرہ ہے۔ آج قربانی روکی جائے گی، کل اذان، روزہ، اور اسلامی لباس کو نشانہ بنایا جائے گا۔
> **“منافقین کو دردناک عذاب کی خوشخبری دے دو، جو کفار کو مسلمانوں کے بجائے اپنا دوست بناتے ہیں۔”**

🕋 مسلمانوں سے اپیل
بھارت کے کروڑوں مسلمانوں سے اپیل ہے:
**ان جعلی اماموں کے فتوے کو ردی میں پھینک دو۔ قربانی کرو، پورے ایمان، جرات اور شریعت کی روشنی میں۔**
🔥 انجام:
یہ قربانی نہیں روک رہے، **تمہاری اسلامی شناخت ختم کر رہے ہیں۔**
اللہ کے حکم کو کسی حکومت، کسی امام، کسی میڈیا کے خوف سے مت روکو۔
> **“ہم اللہ کا حکم مانیں گے، RSS کا نہیں۔ ہم قربانی کریں گے، چُھپ کر نہیں—کھلے عام، فخر کے ساتھ۔”**
