The so-called *Ameer-e-Shariat*, Faisal Ahmed Wali Rahmani, stands exposed—not only for manipulating Islamic authority for personal and political gains but now for allegedly threatening and unleashing intimidation against a true scholar of the Qur’an: **Dr. Arshad Mohsin**.
Dr. Mohsin, a well-respected Islamic intellectual and reformist voice, has dared to do what few have done—publicly call out the **Imarat-e-Sharia** of Bihar for what it has become: a **family-controlled money-minting private trust**, not a Waqf institution serving the ummah. His call to Muslims is grounded in deep Qur’anic understanding—**that the entire Qur’an itself is the Shari‘ah (supreme law)** and **there is no human ‘Ameer’ over it except Allah (Aswt)**. For this truth, he is being threatened.

According to verified sources, close family members of Dr. Arshad Mohsin, including his brother, received phone calls issuing **veiled threats**: stop speaking against *Ameer-e-Shariat* and Imarat-e-Sharia—or face the consequences. > *“I am under no security. They can try whatever they wish. I stand with the Qur’an, not with their fraud.”*
This response has inspired many. In fact, his grassroots campaign—educating **Imams across Bihar** about the true Islamic framework and the fabricated nature of the current “Ameer” system—is gaining serious traction.
The panic is visible. The so-called *Ameer*, Faisal Rahmani, is now **in hiding**, while his goons operate in the open, threatening and intimidating dissenters.
📚 **True Scholarship vs. Fake Titles**
While Dr. Mohsin is a Qur’anic scholar who lectures at universities and has received standing ovations for his inclusive interpretation of Islam and its message to non-Muslims, **Faisal Rahmani’s Islamic qualification remains deeply questionable**. He is **not a certified Islamic jurist (Mufti)** and lacks recognition from any prominent international Islamic scholarly body. His rise to “leadership” is not through merit, but through **family legacy and political patronage**.
This is not an “Imarat” but a **dynastic trust**—one that has used religious sentiment as a political currency.
🤝 **Collusion with Political Parasites**
The rot doesn’t end within religious circles. What makes this saga more dangerous is that **national political parties, especially those within the INDIA Alliance**, continue to **share stages and endorse this fraudulent structure** for **vote-bank politics**. They conveniently ignore the open threats, the corruption, and the religious manipulation—all for a few thousand votes.
Notable figures like **Dipankar Bhattacharya (CPI-ML), Arundhati Roy, and Siddharth Vardarajan** have **romanticized these clerics**, using them as **disposable contraceptives** in electoral coalitions, exploiting Muslim pain but delivering nothing in return.
Such associations **mock the legacy of Bihar**, which has historically led India in education, science, hard work, and intellectual courage.
🌾 **Bihar: Fertile Land, Bankrupt Governance**
With over **1 crore Biharis forced to migrate abroad** for jobs, Bihar remains a **tragedy of lost potential**. The state is rich in soil, water, and human resource—but **bankrupt in leadership**. When fraudulent religious leaders are propped up to mislead the masses, and when communal polarization is deliberately fueled for votes, then both **Hindus and Muslims lose**.
**The fake Shariat politics** propagated by semi-literate mullahs doesn’t serve Muslims, nor does it preserve Islam. Instead, it **helps Hindutva** consolidate their vote base on the opposite spectrum—fueling division while burying progress.

**स्वयंभू अमीर-ए-शरीअत फैसल अहमद वली रहमानी** न सिर्फ अपने पारिवारिक और राजनीतिक हितों के लिए इस्लामिक पद का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं, बल्कि अब वे एक सच्चे इस्लामी विद्वान **डॉ. अरशद मोहसिन** के खिलाफ धमकी और हिंसा का सहारा ले रहे हैं।
डॉ. मोहसिन, जो एक कुरआनी चिंतक हैं, ने खुलकर यह बात कही है कि **शरीअत पूरी की पूरी कुरआन है**, और **इस सर्वोच्च कानून का कोई इंसानी “अमीर” नहीं हो सकता, केवल अल्लाह (अज़्ज़ा व जल्ल) ही शरीअत का वास्तविक अमीर है।**

अफसोस की बात है कि **राष्ट्रीय दल**, खासकर **इंडिया गठबंधन**, इस नकली अमीर के साथ मंच साझा करते हैं। ये वही लोग हैं जो मुसलमानों की पीड़ा का उपयोग कर सिर्फ वोट बैंक बटोरते हैं।
**सीपीआई-एमएल के दीपांकर भट्टाचार्य**, **अरुंधति रॉय**, और **सिद्धार्थ वरदराजन** जैसे लोग **इन नकली मौलानाओं को वोट के औजार की तरह इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।**
🌾 **बिहार: ज़मीन उपजाऊ, नेतृत्व दिवालिया**
**1 करोड़ बिहारी** आज विदेशों में रोज़गार के लिए मजबूर हैं।
क्योंकि यहां न नेतृत्व है, न ईमानदार धार्मिक रहनुमा। नकली अमीर, झूठे शरीअत और सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण ने **बिहार की तरक्की को पीछे धकेल दिया है**।

**पटना विश्वविद्यालय** में हाल ही में हुए व्याख्यान में डॉ. मोहसिन ने **कुरआन के सच्चे संदेश** को जब प्रस्तुत किया तो वहाँ मौजूद हिंदू व मुस्लिम प्रोफेसर और छात्र इतने प्रभावित हुए कि वे उन्हें जाने ही नहीं दे रहे थे।

ڈاکٹر ارشد محسن، جو ایک **قرآنی مفسر اور مفکر** ہیں، عوام کو یہ واضح پیغام دے رہے ہیں کہ **شریعت مکمل قرآن ہے** اور **اس پر صرف اللہ تعالیٰ کی حاکمیت ہے، نہ کہ کسی انسان کی۔**
📞 **ٹیلی فون پر دھمکیاں**
ذرائع کے مطابق ڈاکٹر صاحب کے بھائی کو فون پر دھمکی دی گئی کہ وہ اور ڈاکٹر محسن اگر امیرِ شریعت اور امارتِ شریعت کے خلاف اپنی مہم بند نہ کریں تو اس کے نتائج کے خود ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
ڈاکٹر ارشد محسن نے نہایت دلیری سے جواب دیا:
> *“میرے پاس کوئی سیکیورٹی نہیں، جو کرنا ہے کر لو۔ میں قرآن کے ساتھ ہوں، تمہارے جھوٹ کے ساتھ نہیں۔”*
📚 **علم و فہم کا تقابل جعلی سندوں سے**
جہاں ڈاکٹر محسن علم و تحقیق کی بنیاد پر دینِ اسلام کا پیغام پھیلا رہے ہیں، وہاں **فیصل رحمانی** کی دینی اہلیت مشکوک ہے۔ نہ وہ کوئی مستند عالم ہیں، نہ کوئی مفتی۔
امارتِ شریعت صرف ایک **خاندانی ٹرسٹ** ہے، نہ کہ عوامی و شرعی ادارہ۔
🤝 **سیاسی گٹھ جوڑ اور ووٹ کی سیاست**
قابلِ افسوس بات یہ ہے کہ **انڈیا الائنس کے سیاسی رہنما** جیسے **دیپانکر بھٹاچاریہ (CPI-ML)، اروندھتی رائے، اور سدھارتھ وردراجن** ایسے جعلی ملاؤں کو مسلمانوں کا نمائندہ بنا کر پیش کر رہے ہیں۔
یہ لوگ مسلمانوں کو **سیاسی مانع حمل (Contraceptive)** کی طرح استعمال کرتے ہیں۔
🌾 **بہار: قدرتی خزانہ، قیادت مفلس**
بہار کی زمین زرخیز، پانی وافر اور عوام محنتی ہیں، لیکن قیادت مفلوج اور قوم مذہبی دھوکے میں پھنسی ہوئی ہے۔
**ایک کروڑ سے زائد بہاری مزدوری کے لیے ملک چھوڑ چکے ہیں۔**
🕌 **ڈاکٹر ارشد محسن کی بیداری کی تحریک**
**پٹنہ یونیورسٹی** میں ڈاکٹر صاحب کی قرآن پر تقریر نے نہ صرف مسلمانوں بلکہ ہندو اساتذہ کو بھی بے حد متاثر کیا۔
ان کی تقریر کے بعد اساتذہ نے ان کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور کہا کہ **پہلی بار کسی نے قرآن کا پیغام اتنی وضاحت سے بیان کیا۔**
🚨 **ہماری مطالبات**
1. ڈاکٹر ارشد محسن اور ان کے خاندان کو فوری سیکیورٹی دی جائے۔
2. امارتِ شریعت کے مالیات اور رجسٹریشن کی اعلیٰ سطح پر تحقیقات کی جائیں۔
3. سیاسی جماعتیں ایسے جعلی مذہبی نمائندوں سے خود کو الگ کریں۔
4. تعلیم یافتہ ہندو و مسلمان مل کر اس فریب کو مسترد کریں۔

**قرآن ہی شریعت ہے اور اس کا واحد امیر اللہ ہے۔**
جعلی مولوی، خاندانی ٹرسٹ اور سیاسی دلال اب اسلام کو مزید بدنام نہیں کر سکتے۔
